Diplomová práce zpracovává problematiku projektového řízení. Pojednává o základních pojmech, teoretických poznatcích, metodách a nástrojích projektového řízení. Diploma thesis processes a problematics of project management. It deals with basic concepts, theoretical knowledge, methods and project management tools. This knowledge is applied during a restaurant reconstruction in the practical part of the thesis, where it especially describes project goal, WBS, RACI Responsibility Matrix, timetable and financial plan of the project.
