Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou motivace studentů ke studiu nelékařských zdravotnických povolání a ke vstupu do profese po ukončení studia. Teoretická část se věnuje nelékařským zdravotnickým povoláním, způsobům získávání odborné způsobilosti pro výkon těchto profesí a možnostem dalšího vzdělávání. The thesis deals with the analysis of student's motivation to study non-medical health professions and to enter the profession after graduation. The theoretical part is devoted to non-medical health professions, ways of acquiring professional competence for the professions and possibilities of further education.
