Animation as a Means of Agroturistic Development

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Animace jako prostředek rozvoje agroturismu“ zkoumá postavení agroturismu na trhu cestovního ruchu a jeho možnosti dalšího rozvoje za podpory animačních aktivit. Cílem práce je posoudit nabízené produkty agroturistiky a poukázat na význam animace jako jedné z možností rozvoje agroturismu v České republice. Text práce je rozdělen do několika následujících kapitol. Úvodní kapitoly se zabývají charakteristikou jednotlivých forem zeleného cestovního ruchu, významem agroturismu i jeho negativními aspekty a zkušenostmi vybraných zahraničních států. V další kapitole jsou rozebrány specifika služeb v agroturismu a jeho doprovodné programy. Následující kapitola je věnována roli animace v cestovním ruchu a typologii zákazníků, z které je nutno vycházet při sestavování nabídky volnočasových aktivit. Dále je v práci zkoumáno postavení a vnímání agroturistiky, jako jedné z forem trávení dovolené. Na základě dotazníkového průzkumu byly rozebrány a zhodnoceny možné motivy účasti na trávení dovolené v rámci agroturistiky. Zjištěné výsledky přinesly soubor očekávání, potřeb a cílů segmentu trhu, který se zajímá o agroturismus a mohou posloužit jako východisko při tvorbě nabídky animačních činností pro agroturismus. V této části jsou vytvořeny vlastní návrhy animací vhodných pro aplikaci v agroturismu.Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že animační činnosti je nutné podporovat, protože umocňují prožitkovost v cestovním ruchu a mohou být významným prostředkem pro budoucí rozvoj agroturismu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis “Animation as a means of Agrotourism Development” explores the position of agrotourism on the tourist market and the possibilities of its further development under the support of animation activities. The work aims at assessing the offered agrotourism products and pointing out the significance of animation as one of the options of agrotourism development in the Czech Republic. The actual content of the work is divided into following several chapters. The initial chapters deal with the characteristics of the individual forms of green tourist business, significance of agrotourism, as well as its adverse aspects and experiences of the selected foreign countries. The next chapter breaks down the special characteristics of services within agrotourism and its accompanying programmes. The subsequent chapter is devoted to the role of animation within the tourist industry and typology of customers which must be used as a basis in the preparation of offer of leisure activities. The work further examines the position and perception of agrotourism as one of the forms of holiday spending. Possible inducements for holiday spending within agrotourism were analysed and evaluated on the basis of a questionnaire survey. The findings resulted in a set of expectations, needs and objectives of the market segment interested in agrotourism and may serve as a basis in the creation of offer of animation activities for agrotourism. In this part, animation suggestions and recommendations suitable for application within agrotourism were created. The work results in the conclusion that it is necessary to support animation activities because they amplify the enjoyment within the tourism business and may form a significant means of future agrotourism development.
