Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou poruch duševní rovnováhy, které se mohou vyskytnout u pracovníků v bezpečnostním průmyslu jako důsledek prožitých traumatických událostí. V teoretické části práce jsou tyto traumatické události popsány, jsou zde uvedeny charakteristiky některých duševních poruch a zároveň jsou nastíněny možnosti jejich prevence a léčby. The thesis deals with topics of mental balance disorders, that may occur with employees in the security industry as a result of traumatic events experience. In theoretical part of this thesis traumatic events are described, characteristics of some mental disorders are listed and also possibilities of prevention and treatment are defined.
