The employee or the entrepreneur
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou, zda je lepší být zaměstnancem nebo podnikatelem. Zpracováním daného tématu, tak získá autorka stručný přehled výhod a nevýhod, jak v zaměstnání, tak i v podnikání. Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení, zda je lepší být zaměstnancem, nebo nést rizika podnikatelské aktivity pomocí analýzy názorů zaměstnanců a podnikatelů.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the question of whether it is better to be an employee or an entrepreneur. By elaborating the given topic, the author will get a brief overview of advantages and disadvantages, both in employment and in business.
