Abstract:

Moje bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu „Rekognice“ Je to kriminalisticko-taktická metoda a ta společně s jinými metodami (např.: výslech, konfrontace, kriminalistický experiment) tvoří kriminalistické metody, které se používají pro zkoumání kriminalistických stop. V mé práci je zmíněn historický vývoj rekognice na našem území, srovnání s ostatními kriminalistickými metodami. Převážně se v ní věnuji rekognici z hlediska kriminalistiky. V práci je podrobněji popsána její příprava, provedení, zdokumentování, vyhodnocení a jsou zmíněny nejčastější chyby, které se u rekognice stávají.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis deals with the topic of "Recognition". It is a criminalistic-tactical method and together with other methods (eg interrogation, confrontation, criminalistic experiment) forms the forensic methods that are used for investigation of forensic clues. In my work there is mentioned historical evolution of recognitions in our country, comparison with others forensic methods. In this work I deal mostly with the recognition questions of criminalistics aspect. The thesis describes in detail its preparation, implementation, documentation, evaluation and the most common mistakes that occur in the recognitions are happend.
