Tato bakalářská práce shrnuje současné poznatky o 3-monochlorpropan-1,2-diolu, 2 monochlorpropan-1,3-diolu a jejich esterech. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře se základními vlastnostmi těchto sloučenin, s jejich přeměnami v lidském organismu a s jejich toxicitou. Abstract:
The bachelor thesis summarizes current knowledge about 3 monochloropropane 1,2 diol, 2 monochloropropane-1,3-diol and their esters. The theoretical part of this thesis introduces reader to the basic properties, their conversions in human body and toxicity.
