The Russian speaking clientele in accommodation establishments in Karlovy Vary

Abstract:

Cíl této bakalářské práce je chápán jako analýza spokojenosti rusky mluvící klientely s vybranými službami, které cestovní ruch v lázeňství nabízí. S tím je spojeno i zhodnocení typů ubytovacích zařízení v Karlových Varech, které tato specifická skupina klientů využívá. V práci je použita metoda komparace, kde srovnávám vyhledávané služby z recenzí na webových platformách. Metoda analýzy je uplatněna při rozboru jednotlivých hotelů, které ruští klienti preferují. Výsledkem je, že nejlepší hotel je Spa Resort Sanssouci4* z hlediska největšího počtu pozitivních ohlasů. Jsou zde také shrnuté informace z odpovědí na otázky pana ředitele Informačního centra, podle kterého je přeorientování na jinou klientelu klíčové, protože ta ruská z důvodu Covid-19 nejezdí. Většina hotelů byla na ni závislá. Přesměrování musí být postupné, protože bude náročné a dlouhodobé.

Abstract:

The target of this Bachelor’s Dissertation is understood as an analyze satisfaction of Russian speaking clientele with selected services, that tourism in spa area offers. It is connected with the evaluation of accommodation types in Karlovy Vary that this specific group of Russian clients uses. There are used methods like comparison where I compare frequented services from reviews from web’s platforms. Method of analyze is used during analysis of individual hotels which Russian clients prefer. The result is that the best hotel is Spa Resort Sanssouci4* from the view of the biggest number of positive responses. There are summarized information from answers the questions of a director of Information centre according to which is an reorientation on a different clientele crucial because the Russian clientele from the reason of Covid-19 doesn’t arrive. Most of hotels were dependent on this clientele. Redirecting must be gradual because it’ll be difficult and long.
