Tato diplomová práce má za úkol zpřehlednit problematiku oceňování pozemků, přičemž největší pozornost je věnována pozemkům stavebním, které lze zhodnotit výstavbou. Rozebírá a popisuje základní oceňovací přístupy a podrobně vysvětluje jednotlivé v úvahu přicházející metody, které se odvíjejí ze všech tří přístupů. This thesis aims to clarify the issue of valuation of land, with the greatest attention is paid to building land, which can be valorized by the building. It analyzes and describes the basic valuation approaches and it explains the various possible methods, which are derived from all three approaches.
