Organizační struktura firmy Lasvit

Abstract:
Cílem práce je popsat teoretické přístupy k organizování, typologii organizačních struktur a s tím spojeným managementem změny. Tyto poznatky jsou využity v praktické části zaměřené na organizační strukturu firmy Lasvit. Na základě dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci jsou zhodnoceny provedené organizační změny a navržena opatření, která by mohla být v současné situaci pro firmu přínosná.
Abstract:
The aim of the thesis is to describe theoretical approaches to organizing, typology of organizational structure and change management. Described facts are applied in practical part of the thesis focused on organizational structure of Lasvit company.
