Physiotherapy after ankle joint ligament injury

Abstract:

Úvod: Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice poranění vazů hlezenního kloubu. Cíl práce: Cílem je přispět k řešení problematiky fyzioterapeutických postupů, metod, konceptů a vypracování kazuistiky pacientky po poranění vazů hlezenního kloubu. Metodika: První část práce je věnována analýze odborné literatury shrnující problematiku anatomických, kineziologických a biomechanických souvislostí. Druhá část je věnována problematice poranění vazů hlezenního kloubu včetně terapeutických přístupů v léčbě. Praktická část je věnována kazuistice pacientky po parciální ruptuře ligamentum talofibulare, která se skládá z kineziologických rozborů, rehabilitačních plánů a průběhu rehabilitace. Objektivizační sběr dat byl proveden antropometrickým vyšetřením za použití centimetru, goniometrickým vyšetřením za použití goniometru, svalovým testem dle prof. Jandy a specifickými testy na stabilitu hlezenního kloubu. Výsledky: U pacientky došlo ke snížení bolestivosti a částečnému vstřebání otoku. Aktivní pohyby hlezenního kloubu se zvýšily do plantární flexe o 10°, dorsální flexe o 15° a inverse a everse o 10°. V okolí hlezenního kloubu došlo ke zvýšení hodnot svalové síly o jeden stupeň a normalizaci délky svalů. Došlo také k obnovení svalového napětí, kloubní vůle a zlepšení stereotypu chůze. Závěry: Cíle se podařilo splnit, bylo provedeno shrnutí obecných poznatků, problematiky poranění a zpracování kazuistiky za pomocí fyzioterapeutických metod a postupů se zlepšením hodnot vstupního vyšetření.

Abstract:

Introduction: The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the problem of injury to the ligaments of the ankle joint. The objective: The goal is to contribute to solving the problem of physiotherapy procedures, methods, concepts and the development of a case report of a patient after an injury to the ligaments of the ankle joint. Methodology: Kinesiological analysis, rehabilitation plans and a description of the implementation of the therapeutic intervention were used to develop the case report. The objective data collection was carried out by an anthropometric examination using a centimeter, a goniometric examination using a goniometer, a muscle test according to prof. Jandy and specific tests on the stability of the ankle joint. Results: The patient experienced a reduction in pain and partial absorption of swelling. Active movements of the ankle joint increased to plantar flexion by 10°, dorsiflexion by 15°, and inverse and everse by 10°. Around the ankle joint, muscle strength values increased by one degree and muscle length normalized. There was also a restoration of muscle tension, joint clearance and an improvement in gait stereotype. Conclusions: The objectives were met, a summary of general findings, injury issues and case report processing were carried out using physiotherapeutic methods and concepts with improvement of the values of the initial examination.
