Abstract:
Tématem mé bakalářské práce je návrh a účetní zachycení investičního přijatého transferu v podmínkách obce. V teoretické části této práce je představen veřejný sektor, jeho funkce a cíle. Podrobně je vymezena role obcí, jakožto základního územního samosprávného celku veřejného sektoru. Dále teoretická část popisuje rozpočtový proces obcí včetně jeho příjmové a výdajové stránky. Abstract:
The theme of my final bachelor thesis is How a municipality accounts about received transfers. The theoretical part introduces public sector, its functions and goals. In detail is defined the role of the municipality as a fundamental autonomous unit of the public sector.
