Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a interní komunikací. Cílem práce je přiblížit a analyzovat firemní kulturu v nadnárodní společnosti LEGO Group – TMA Kladno, identifikovat přednosti a nedostatky interní komunikace a jako vedlejší cíl navrhnout lepší řešení jejího současného stavu. The Bachelor’s Thesis deals with company culture and internal communication. The aim of the Bachelor’s Thesis is to introduce and to analyze company culture in the multinational company the LEGO Group – TMA Kladno, to identify strengths and weaknesses of internal communication and suggest a better solution to the current stage.
