Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje oblasti pracovní spokojenosti, zabývá se spokojeností zaměstnanců v organizaci. Celá práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá pracovní motivací a různými teoriemi, firemní kulturou, faktory spokojenosti, jako je péče o zaměstnance, pracovní prostředí a komunikace.
