This thesis deals with a strategy of non-profit organization on a concrete example of the civic association ZaKladno. ZaKladno is still relatively short-lived organization, which is still developing. Practice shows that for subsequent systematic and efficient development of the organization is need for a strategic plan. Creating a realistic strategic plan is the goal of this thesis.
