The Expression of Reflexivity in Finnish Using Verbal Derivatives and Verbal Constructions with Reflexive Pronoun "itse"
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with reflexives and with ways of expressing reflexivity in the Finnish language. It focuses on verbal reflexive derivates and verbal reflexive itse-constructions. This diploma thesis aims to discover the rate of substitutability of a selected sample of verbal reflexive derivatives with verbal reflexive itse-constructions in standard Finnish using the Finnish corpus KORP.

Magisterská diplomová práca sa zaoberá reflexívami a spôsobmi vyjadrenia reflexívnosti vo fínčine, pričom sa zameriava na dva konkrétne spôsoby. Jedná sa o slovesné reflexívne deriváty a o slovesné konštrukcie s reflexívnym zámenom itse.
