Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na faktory, které mohou vést k delikventnímu chování dětí a mladistvých, a zároveň se zabývá právními opatřeními v oblasti mládeže. Teoretická část práce poskytuje informace o vývoji jedince v období puberty a adolescence, a jaké faktory mohou ovlivňovat jeho chování. Praktická část práce se zaměřuje na výsledky výzkumu, který se zabývá způsobem trávení volného času mladistvých, jejich prvním kontaktem s rizikovým chováním a úrovní právního vědomí kolem něj.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on factors that can lead to delinquent behavior in children and adolescents, and also deals with legal measures related to youth. The theoretical part of the thesis provides information on the development of an individual during the pubertal and adolescent periods, and what factors can influence their behavior. The practical part of the thesis focuses on the results of research that examines how adolescents spend their free time, their first encounter with risky behavior, and their level of legal awareness surrounding it.
