The proposal to increases the level of management in a company
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je návrh zvýšení úrovně managementu ve firmě. Teoretická část popisuje charakteristiku manažerských funkcí a jejich úlohu v řízení společnosti. V praktické části se práce zabývá konkrétní firmou, na kterou aplikuje vybrané strategické analýzy s důrazem na týmovou manažerskou diagnostiku. Po té jsou stanovené konkrétní návrhy, které by měli zvýšit úroveň managementu.
Abstract:
The topic of the thesis is a proposal to increase the level of management in a company. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of managerial functions and their role in company management. The practical part of the thesis deals with a particular company, which applies selected strategic analysis with emphasis on team manager diagnostics.
