Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje výzkumu způsobů komunikace v rámci podniku. Popisuje komunikační modely v různých etapách vývoje podniku a sleduje proměny komunikace v závislosti na požadovaném cíli. Předmětem výzkumu této práce jsou druhy komunikace probíhající konkrétně v jedné malé společnosti, jejíž obchodní činnost je zaměřena na služby nabízené prostřednictvím internetu. Cílem je analyzovat stávající komunikaci v podniku, posoudit její efektivitu a navrhnout optimální způsob vedení komunikace, který by přispěl k lepší prosperitě firmy.

Abstract:

The bachelor’s thesis deals with the research of communication types within the frame of a company. It describes communication models in various stages of the company development and monitors the communication remodelling processes in harmony with the set up goals. Various communication types in a business operating in online services are the subject of the research project of this thesis. The objective of the research project is to analyse the current communication processes of the company, evaluate their effectiveness and design optimum communication models ensuring better prosperity of the company.
