Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá popisem postupu přípravy planárních SERS substrátů elektrochemickým pokovováním, jejich charakterizací (popisem velikostí, tvarů a zesilovacích schopností nanostrukturovaných stříbrných depozitů) a jejich využitím spojeným s povrchově zesílenou Ramanovou spektroskopií.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the description of the electrochemical preparation procedure yielding nanostructured silver deposits. The deposits are fabricated onto silicon plates and tested as~planar SERS substrates. The prepared SERS substrates are characterized in terms of specification of sizes, shapes, storage conditions and their usability for applications associated with Surface Enhanced Raman …more
