Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá rezistentním škrobem, což zahrnuje definici, typy rezistentního škrobu, jeho fyziologické účinky na zdraví člověka, stanovení, zdroje a odhad příjmu rezistentního škrobu. Cílem této práce bylo dotazníkovou metodou stanovit příjem rezistentního škrobu u vybrané dospělé populace.
