The possibities of the material use with the negative effect to the environment

Abstract:

Předložená práce se zabývá zpracováním druhotného odpadu konkrétně polymeru. Úvodní částí této práce je přehled výroby kompozitních materiálů a možností v této oblasti z pohledu využití recyklátu. Další částí práce je prozkoumat recyklovaný materiál a jeho využití jako příměsí do výroby sekundárního polymeru. Práce se dále zabývá, jak pomocí dynamického měření určit mechanické vlastnosti zkoumaného recyklovaného polymeru. Získané výsledky byly analyzovány a následně stanoveny základní mechanické veličiny zkoumaného materiálu. Tyto veličiny byly následně kontrolovány pomocí tahové zkoušky. Byly zjištěny mírné rozdíly v hodnotách mechanických veličin; na základě těchto poznatků byla provedena detailní mikroskopická analýza následnou termogravimetrickou metodou. Na základě těchto analýz bylo zjištěno a prokázáno, proč došlo k mírné odchylce ve zjištěných hodnotách mechanických veličin.

Abstract:

The presented work deals with the processing of secondary waste, specifically polymer. One of the main parts of this work is an overview of the production of composite materials and the possibilities in this area from the point of view of the use of recycled materials. The second point of the work is to investigate the recycled material and its use as an admixture in the production of secondary polymer. The work also deals with how to use dynamic measurement to determine the mechanical properties of the investigated recycled polymer. The obtained results were analysis and then the basic mechanical parameters of the investigated material were determined. These quantities were subsequently checked using a tensile test. Slight differences in mechanical parameters were detected, based on these findings, a detailed microscopic analysis followed by the thermogravimetric method was performed. Based on these analyses, it was demonstrated why there was a slight deviation in the mechanical quantities.
