Vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku

Abstract:

Předmětem této práce je vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve Finanční správě České republiky, za cíl si klade především analýzu systému vzdělávání v této organizaci a stanovení požadavků organizace v kontextu s potřebami zaměstnanců. V případě nesouladu požadavků a potřeb poté navrhnout efektivnější systém řízení této oblasti. Efektivita vzdělávání v organizaci je samozřejmě vyhodnocována v rámci odboru vzdělávání Generálního finančního ředitelství, kde jsou sledovány statistické charakteristiky, týkající se například počtu realizovaných školení, počty absolventů, úspěšnost při skládání závěrečných testů, celkové náklady na školení apod. Kromě těchto souhrnných statistických hodnocení vzdělávání však prakticky neexistuje žádná zpětná vazba na přínos školení pro samotné zaměstnance, jejich požadavky, potřeby či spokojenost. Proto je v této práci s využitím dotazníkového šetření, prováděného na jaře 2021 u zaměstnanců finančního úřadu v Klatovech a v Plzni, zkoumán vztah mezi potřebami organizace a požadavky zaměstnanců na systém vzdělávání, pomocí cíleně volených otázek je zjišťována jejich spokojenost či nespokojenost se systémem vzdělávání. Vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření je provedeno s využitím testování statistických hypotéz, týkajících se závislosti spokojenosti zaměstnanců na vybraných socioekonomických charakteristikách, a zároveň je využito testování statistických hypotéz i k ověření validity získaných odpovědí. Konkrétně byl použit χ2-test pro kontingenční tabulku, pro který jsou splněny požadavky použití vzhledem k velikosti statistického souboru a získaných četností odpovědí. Testováním statistických hypotéz z dotazníkového šetření se neprokázala závislost mezi úrovní spokojenosti a vybranými socioekonomickými charakteristikami. Případný návrh efektivnějšího systému řízení vzdělávání může tedy vycházet ze zkoumání spokojenosti či nespokojenosti zaměstnanců jako celku.

Abstract:

The subject of this work is the education of employees in the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic, the main goal is the analysis of the education system in this organization and the determination of the requirements of the organization in the context of the needs of employees. In case of mismatch of requirements and needs, and then to design a more effective management system in this area. The effectiveness of training in the organization is of course evaluated within the Department of Education of the General Finance Directorate, where statistical characteristics are monitored, such as the number of trainings, numbers of graduates, success in passing final tests, total training costs, etc. there is virtually no feedback on the benefits of the training for the employees themselves, their requirements, needs or satisfaction. Therefore, in this work, using a questionnaire survey conducted in the spring of 2021with employees of the tax office in Klatovy and Pilsen, the relationship between the needs of the organization and employee requirements for the education system is examined. The evaluation of the questionnaire survey is performed using the testing of statistical hypotheses concerning the dependence of employee satisfaction on selected socio-economic characteristics, and at the same time the testing of statistical hypotheses is used to verify the validity of the answers obtained. Specifically, the χ2-test was used for the PivotTable, for which the requirements of use are met due to the size of the statistical file and the frequency of responses obtained. Testing statistical hypotheses from the questionnaire survey did not show a relationship between the level of satisfaction and selected socio-economic characteristics. A possible proposal for a more effective training management system can therefore be based on an examination of the satisfaction or dissatisfaction of employees as a whole.
