Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zdravý životní styl dětí předškolního věku. Teoretická část popisuje vývoj a charakteristiku předškolního dítěte (fyzický a psychický), vnitřní a vnější vlivy, trávení volného času, rodinu, zdraví a zdravou mateřskou školu, která v sobě zahrnuje programy na podporu zdraví v mateřských školách. The Bachelor´s thesis is focused on healthy lifestyle of pre-school children.
