Abstract:
Předmětem této práce je analyzovat a zhodnotit již uskutečněný vstup na zahraniční trh. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktikou část. Teoretická část pojednává o nadnárodních společnostech, formách vstupu na zahraniční trh a zaměřuje se na jednu z jejich forem, akvizici. Abstract:
The goal of the submitted thesis is analysis and evaluation of realized foreign market entrance. The master thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part concerns international companies, forms of foreign market entrance and it focuses on one of their forms, acquisitions.
