V rámci své závěrečné práce jsem se zaměřila na diverzitu podčeledi Elaterinae (Coleoptera: Elateridae) ve fosilním záznamu, přičemž zejména mě zajímal barmský jantar. Co se týče Elaterinae, ve fosilním záznamu je známo 34 druhů zařazených v 18 rodech známých z devíti nalezišť. Abstract:
In this master thesis I focused on the diversity of the subfamily Elaterinae (Coleoptera: Elateridae) in fossil record, more specifically on Burmese amber. Regarding fossil Elaterinae, there are 34 species classified in 18 genera known from nine deposits. Mesozoic Elaterinae are known only from Hungarian amber ajkaite and Burmese amber.
