Anotace:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je analyzovat pojetí a využití diversity managementu ve společnosti, porovnat teoretická východiska s reálně použitými postupy a navrhnout společnosti oblasti možného zlepšení v přístupu k diversity managementu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části – teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsán význam slova diverzita, vysvětlen termín diversity management a jeho náležitosti. Práce je zaměřena na diverzitu genderu. V praktické části je na základě rozhovorů a dotazníku popsán současný stav diversity managementu ve společnosti, včetně zpětné vazby od zaměstnanců a jsou navržena možná zlepšení.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the concept and the use of the diversity management in the company, to compare the theoretical starting points with the real applied procedures and to suggest to the company areas of possible improvement in approach to diversity management. The thesis is divided into two parts - the theore-tical and practical part. In the theoretical part, the meaning of the word diversity is described, same as meaning of the diversity management. The thesis is focused on the topic of gender diversity. In the practical part, based on the interviews and the questionnaire is described, the current state of diversity management in the compa-ny, including feedback from employees and suggested improvements.
