Teoretická časť sa zaoberá dôležitými časťami vizuálnych informačných systémov. Ozrejmuje pojmy ako komunikácia, hlavne neverbálna komunikácia, piktogram či isotyp. Cieľom praktickej časti bakalárskej práce je vytvorenie vizuálneho informačného systém pre materskú školu.
