Tato diplomová práce se zabývá bankovní regulací a dohledem se zaměřením na doporučení Basilejského výboru, která jsou známá pod názvem Basel 2. Zatímco regulace jako taková je popsána obecně, basilejská doporučení jsou rozebrána relativně detailně. Abstract:
In this thesis banking regulation and supervision is solved and issues of Basel Committee recommendations known as Basel 2 are described in detail. Matter of implementation of these rules is analyzed and interpreted most in detail - particularly the matter of Basel 2 implementation in the United States and the European Union. In conclusion, these two approaches are analyzed and compared mutually.
