Obsahem bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s multiorgánovým selháním během hospitalizace na jednotce intenzivní péče. V teoretické části je stručně popsána definice MODS, etiologie a patogeneze. Dále je tato část zaměřena na klinický obraz, diagnostiku a léčbu MODS. The basis of this thesis is nursing care of a patient with multi-organ failure while being hospitalized in an intensive care unit. The definition, aetiology and the pathogenesis of the MODS is described shortly in the theoretical part of this thesis. Then we focus on clinical picture, diagnostics and therapy of the MODS.
