The Occurrence of Verotoxigenic \kur{E. coli} in the EU
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá bakterií E. coli. Na začátku práce jsou popsány základní vlastnosti bakterie a rozdělení patogenních druhů do skupin. Ve třetí kapitole jsou uvedena onemocnění, které způsobují verotoxinogenní kmeny E. coli. V poslední části jsou uvedeny epidemie způsobené verotoxinogenními kmeny v Evropské unii.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis deals with the bacterium E. coli. At the beginning of the work are described the basic properties of bacteria and the division of pathogenic species into groups. The third chapter presents the diseases caused by the verotoxinogenic strains of E. coli. The last part presents the epidemics caused by verotoxinogenic strains in the European Union.
