Abstract:

Diplomová práce nese název ?Typografické a výtvarné zpracování odborné knihy?. Jedná se o kuchařskou knihu, kterou tvoří fotografie vlastně upečených receptů - dezertů, typografický popis těchto receptů a s nimi související grafická úprava. Diplomová práce je členěna na tři části. V první teoretické části se zaměřuji na kuchařské knihy, jejich historii ve světě i u nás, vývoj, proměnu a podobu knih kdysi a dnes. Věnuji pozornost kuchařskému umění, zkoumám a popisuji výtvarné zpracování vybraných kuchařských knih. Dále vysvětluji pojmy jako je grafický design a typografie, které souvisí s tvorbou knihy. Ve druhé praktické části se věnuji popisu tvorby vlastní kuchařské knihy s názvem ?Je libo dezert??. Líčím postup, realizaci, od vytvoření fotografií dezertů, po jejich úpravu, připojení grafiky a typografie v grafických programech. Poslední didaktická část vychází z výtvarně vzdělávacího projektu ?Umění jídla?, který byl zprostředkován žákům v rámci praxe na základní umělecké škole. Uvádím zde přípravu na vyučovací jednotku.

Abstract:

The title of presented diploma work is ?Typography and layout design of a professional book?. It is a cookbook in which there are photographs of personal, baking recipes for desserts, typographic descriptions of the recipes and relevant graphic layout. The diploma work is divided into three parts. In the first, theoretical part there is the focus on cookbooks, their history in the world and in our country, development, the changes and the appearances of books in the past and nowadays. I paid the attention to the culinary art, researching and describing the layout designs of chosen cookbooks. Furthermore, I explained the terms of graphic design and typography, which are connected to the creation of a book. In the second, practical part of the work, I concentrated on the description of creation of my own cookbook called ?Do you fancy a dessert?? I explained the baking methods, realisation, from photographing the desserts to their editing, attaching the graphics and typography in graphic programmes. The last, didactic part came from educational art project ?The art of food?, which was mediated in practical training to the pupils of Elementary Art School. Over there, I presented the preparation for one teaching unit.
