Buddha skáče přes zeď anebo Měkké nefritové křupavé tofu – toto jsou názvy jídel podávaných na Taiwanu. Ale proč skáče Buddha přes zeď? Je tofu měkké a křupavé zároveň? Buddha Jumps Over the Wall or Soft Jade Crispy Tofu – both of these are names of dishes served in Taiwan. But why is Buddha jumping over a wall? Is the tofu soft and crispy at the same time? And what role does jade play in the name of a dish? That is the topic of this work.
