Abstract:

Konsolidace účetních výkazů družstva se zabývá procesem sjednocení účetních záznamů a finančních výkazů více společností do jednoho celku. Družstva stejně jako ostatní ekonomické subjekty podléhají konsolidaci, pokud překročí zákonem stanovené limity. Cílem je dosáhnout přehlednějšího zobrazení finanční situace a výsledků hospodaření družstva a jeho dceřiné společnosti. Klíčovými kroky jsou identifikace a eliminace vzájemných vztahů mezi společnostmi, sjednocení účetních postupů a zavedení konsolidačních úprav. Výsledkem konsolidace jsou účetní výkazy, které poskytují ucelený a přesný obraz o finanční situaci a výkonech všech společností v rámci konsolidované skupiny.

Abstract:

Consolidation of financial statements of a cooperative deals with the process of bringing together the accounting records and financial statements of several companies into a single entity. Co-operatives, like other economic entities, are subject to consolidation if they exceed statutory limits. The aim is to achieve a clearer presentation of the financial position and results of operations of the cooperative and its subsidiary. The key steps are the identification and elimination of inter-company relationships, the unification of accounting procedures and the introduction of consolidation adjustments. Consolidation results in financial statements that provide a complete and accurate picture of the financial position and performance of all companies within the consolidated group.
