Reconstruction selected of the Concrete Blocks of the Flats

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma rekonstrukce vybraného panelového domu se ve své teoretické části zabývá podrobnou specifikací panelové soustavy T 06 B jihočeské varianty. Přistupuje objektivně k podrobnému přehledu doposud zjištěných defektů a aktuálních nedostatků zhoršující kvalitu současného bydlení. Obecně definuje budoucí možná řešení poruch. V praktické části řeší zvolený panelový dům již zmiňované soustavy. Informuje o jeho architektonickém, materiálovém a dispozičním řešení. Při průzkumech stavby došlo k zjištění závažných i méně vyznazných poškození a nedokonalostí. Ke každé vadě byly doporučeny možné varianty oprav. Za pomoci multikriterální analýzy došlo k posouzení výhod a nevýhod zmiňovaných sanací jednotlivých poruch. Bylo zvoleno nejvhodnější řešení rekonstrukce, jež se poté na danou poruchu demonstruje. Přínos bakalářské práce shledávám ve všeobecném průřezu a přehledu doposud zjištěných závad a nedostatků v panelových domech, alarmujících problémů při nedodržených technických postupů a výroby, které během panelové éry byly provedeny.

Abstract:

This thesis is focused on the reconstruction of a specific block of flats. Its theoretical part deals with detailed specifications of the prefabricated panel system T 06 B, the South Bohemian variant. This work objectively presents a detailed survey of the so far identified defects and current shortcomings which lead to deterioration in the quality of contemporary living. This work, in general terms, defines possible solutions for future defects. In its practical part this thesis deals with one particular house from the above mentioned block of flats system, where it gives information about the architectural design, material selection and spatial arrangement. Through surveys of the building all significant and insignificant damage and imperfections were identified. For each defect possible options for repairs were recommended. With the help of multi-criteria analysis, the advantages and disadvantages of the mentioned practical reconstruction solutions to particular failures were assessed. The most appropriate solution for the reconstruction was chosen, followed by a demonstration of its efficiency on the particular defect. Personally, I find the principal contribution of the thesis lies in its general section and the review of the previously detected defects and deficiencies in the prefabricated buildings. This includes the alarming problems resulting from the infringed and insufficient technical processes and technology that were used during the panel era.
