Ve své práci jsem se věnovala postavení a působnosti obecního úřadu v českém obecním zřízení z pohledu současné právní úpravy. Popisuje jeho organizační strukturu, personální složení, výkon samostatné a přenesené působnosti a jejich vzájemné odlišnosti. In my work I discussed the standing and powers of the municipal office in the Czech municipal system from the aspect of current legal regulations. I describe its organisational structure, organisation of its staff, execution of independent and transferred powers and their mutual differences.
