Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu zámku ve Slavkově u Brna z pohledu cestovního ruchu. Samotný text nejprve zkoumá základní teze věnující se problematice cestovního ruchu. Důraz je kladen na literaturu věnující se kulturnímu turismu, který je vzhledem k povaze destinace pro tuto diplomovou práci nejrelevantnější oblastí vyžadující přezkoumání. Značná pozornost je věnována i problematice marketingu kulturních destinací. Ve spojitosti s návštěvníky lokality práce zkoumá behaviorální aspekty návštěvy a pozornost je věnována i definování předpokladů, které mohou ovlivnit rozhodnutí danou destinaci navštívit. Druhá část diplomové práce byla řešena formou případové studie. Díky SWOT analýze, marketingovému memorandu či marketingovému mixu je vytvořen ucelený přehled o stavu procesů souvisejících s provozem zámku v kontextu rozvoje kulturního cestovního ruchu v destinaci. Do praktické části je zahrnut i primární výzkum zaměřený především na evaluaci motivací návštěvníků k zavítání do destinaci a analýzu chování, které jejich návštěvu provází

Abstract:

This diploma thesis i focused on the analysis of Chateau Austerlitz, Slavkov u Brna in terms of tourism. At first, the text itself examines the basic theses of tourism. For the purpose of this study, the main appeal is given to literature on cultural tourism, which is the most relevant area requiring consideration due to the nature of the destination. Considerable attention is paid to the issue of marketing of cultural destinations. With respect to site visitors, emphasis is placed on the behavioural aspects of the visit, and attention is also paid to defining the assumptions that may affect the decision to visit the destination. The second part of the diploma thesis is carried out as a case study. Thanks to the SWOT analysis, marketing memorandum or marketing mix, a comprehensive overview of the state of the processes related to the operation of the castle is created in the context of the development of cultural tourism in the destination. The practical part include primary research focusing mainly on the evaluation of the motivation of visitors to visit the destination and the analysis of the behaviour accompanying their visits.
