Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou stávajícího stavu rodinného penzionu a navrhuje možnosti, jak ho vylepšit a zvýšit jeho konkurenceschopnost. Teoretická část se věnuje cestovnímu ruchu, typům ubytovacích zařízení, bezpečností v ubytovacím zařízení, odpadovému hospodářství a analýzám sloužícím ke zhodnocení hotelového provozu. This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the current state of a family guesthouse and proposes possibilities for its improvement and increased competitiveness.
