V rámci diplomové práce se autor zabývá vývojem insolvenčního práva v českých zemích se zaměřením na institut oddlužení. Podrobně rozebírá současnou právní úpravu. Kriticky hodnotí jednotlivé novelizace po roce 2008 včetně judikatury. In the diploma thesis, the author deals with the development of insolvency law in the Czech lands with a focus on the institution of debt relief. It analyzes the current legislation in detail.
