Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je hodnocení sezónního přírůstu vybraných druhů dřevin v arboretu v Kostelci nad Černými lesy. Hodnocení bylo prováděno pro pět introdukovaných druhů dřevin, a to jedli obrovskou (Abies grandis), smrk sitku (Picea sitchensis), douglasku tisolistou (Pseudotsuga menziesii), borovici vejmutovku (Pinus strobus) a borovici pokroucenou (Pinus contorta). Monitoring přírůstů probíhal za pomoci digitálních dendrometrů s označením EMS DRL26A, které se svou přesností na mikrometry a nastavitelným intervalem snímání dostatečně splňují požadavky spojené se zpracováním této práce. Tloušťkové přírůsty jednotlivých dřevin byly analyzovány v závislosti na klimatických podmínkách, které byly monitorovány meteostanicí nacházející se přímo v areálu arboreta. Analýza přírůstů byla prováděna zpětně, a to za období od roku 2016 do roku 2020. Získané údaje byly dále zpracovávány do grafů v programu MS Excel, kde jsou zřetelně viditelné jednotlivé závislosti a fáze růstu (peaky). V další části byly tyto závislosti statisticky zpracovány do přehledné tabulky se stanovením počátku, kulminace a konce růstu za jednotlivá vegetační období.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is the evaluation of the seasonal growth of selected tree species, this research was located at the arboretum in Kostelec nad Černými lesy. The evaluation was performed for five introduced tree species, namely grand fir (Abies grandis), sitka spruce (Picea sitchensis), Douglas spruce (Pseudotsuga menziesii), eastern white pine (Pinus strobus) and twisted pine (Pinus contorta). The monitoring of growth was performed using digital dendrometers with the designation EMS DRL26A, that, thanks to their accuracy to micrometers and adjustable scanning interval, sufficiently meet the requirements associated with the processing of this work. The thickness increases of individual tree species were analyzed depending on the climatic conditions, which were monitored by a weather station located directly in the arboretum. The analysis of growth was performed retrospectively, for the period from 2016 to 2020. The data obtained was then processed into graphs in the MS Excel program, where the individual dependencies and growth phases (peaks) are visible. As the next step, these dependencies were statistically processed into a clear table with the determination of the beginning, culmination and the end of the growth for each growing season.
