Abstract:

My work explores such type of entrepreneurial activity as a family business. The goal is to study family business and compare the global development of family entrepreneurship with the Russian one. It also considers the causes of the emergence, history and legal aspects of the existence of family entrepreneurship in Russia. The main goal is to identify the main problems for family business in Russia and the ways we could solve this problem.
