Anotace:

This Bachelor Thesis aims to create a business plan for a Brazilian Bistro, in the city of Brno, Czechia. The thesis will be divided in two parts: theory and practical. The theoretical part provides the insight of the desk research of the theoretical approaches of business plan. The practical part will be an analysis of the current situation and the Brazilian Bistro business plan itself. The aim of the thesis is to verify the sustainability and profitability of the bistro using several methods such as SWOT analysis, Break Even Point Analysis, Porter's 5 forces and Risk analysis.
