Komparace vybraných euroskeptických stran a jejich pohledu na budoucnost EU

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje otázce euroskepticismu v rámci českého politického systému. Nárůst euroskeptických nálad zle pozorovat na výsledcích v posledních několika letech. Z tohoto důvodu výzkum, který se tímto tématem zabývá, nabírá na důležitosti. Práce postupně definuje euroskepticismus a jednotlivé typologie podle různých autorů. Prvnímu rozdělení, ze kterého vychází i další badatelé, se věnují autoři Taggart a Szczerbiak. Ti rozdělují euroskepticismus na hard a soft euroskepticismus. Hlavním rozdílem je obecná ochota podílet se na procesu evropské integrace. Následně práce představuje Kopeckého a Muddeho, kteří na předchozí autory navazují a rozšiřují jejich definování a rozřazení pojmu euroskepticismu. V jejich případě rozdělují euroskepticismus v rámci dvou různých rovin. První je totožná s předešlou definicí, tedy jestli obecně vůbec chtějí být součástí evropské integrace, prosazovat jí a být její součástí. Druhou rovinou je současné směřování a jejich postoj vůči němu. Kombinací těchto faktorů vznikají čtyři skupiny. Jedná se o Euroodmítače, Europragmatiky, Euroentuziasty a Euroskeptiky. Následuje dělení podle S?rena Riish?ja. Ten se nevěnuje pouze intenzitě euroskepticismu, ale zejména jeho obsahu. Rozdělil je do několika skupin, mezi které patří například politický, založený na identitě, stranický nebo institucionálně založený euroskepticismus. Jednotlivé kategorie se zaobírají důvodem, proč se vyskytují euroskeptické nálady. Poté dochází k představení vybraných stran, které budou součástí výzkumu. Patří zde ODS, ANO, KSČM, SPD a minoritní euroskeptické strany a koalice (PRO, Svobodní, koalice Přísaha a Motoristé). Tato práce má za cíl rozlišit jednotlivé formy euroskepticismu a zda se liší. Položená vědecká otázka zní, zda se liší euroskepticismus jednotlivých euroskeptických stran v českém politickém systému?

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of Euroscepticism within the Czech political system. The rise of Eurosceptic sentiment can be observed in the results of the last few years. For this reason, research that deals with this topic is gaining importance. The paper gradually defines Euroscepticism and the different typologies according to different authors. The first division, on which other scholars base their work, is the one by Taggart and Szczerbiak. They divide Euroscepticism into hard and soft Euroscepticism. The main difference is the general willingness to participate in the process of European integration. Subsequently, the paper introduces Kopecký and Mudde, who build on the previous authors and extend their definition and classification of the concept of Euroscepticism. In their case, they divide Euroscepticism within two different levels. The first is identical to the previous definition, i.e. whether they generally want to be part of, promote and be part of European integration at all. The second level is the current direction and their attitude towards it. These factors combine to form four groups. These are the Euro-dmites, the Europragmatists, the Euroenthusiasts and the Eurosceptics. The following is the division according to S?ren Riish?j. The latter focuses not only on the intensity of Euroscepticism, but especially on its content. He divides it into several groups, including, for example, political, identity-based, party-based or institution-based Euroscepticism. The different categories deal with the reason why Eurosceptic sentiments occur. This is followed by an introduction of the selected parties that will be part of the research. These include ODS, ANO, KSČM, SPD and minority Eurosceptic parties and coalitions (PRO, Svobodní, the Oath coalition and Motorists). This paper aims to distinguish between the different forms of Euroscepticism and whether they differ. The research question posed is whether the Euroscepticism of individual Eurosceptic parties differs in the Czech political system?
