Criminal Offences in Traffic
Abstract:
Téma bakalářské práce jsem si vybrala z toho důvodu, že v této době narůstá počet trestných činů v dopravě. Budu se zde zabývat především problematikou dopravy z hlediska trestního práva a částečně z kriminalistického pohledu. Cílem této práce bude analýza jednotlivých trestných činů a také porovnání naší právní úpravy s obdobnou právní úpravou ve Velké Británii.
Abstract:
I chose the topic of my bachelor thesis because the number of road traffic accidents is increasing. I will be dealing mainly with road traffic issues in terms of criminal law and partly also in terms of criminalistics. The main object of this thesis is to analyze individual crimes and compare the relevant legislation in the Czech Republic with similar legislation in Great Britain.
