Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na posouzení stávajícího systému řízení ve vybraném podniku a na základě posouzení tohoto současného stavu navrhnout a implementovat nový systém řízení podniku, který se týká jak navržení a implementování řízení výrobního procesu ve vybraném podniku. Navržení optimalizace prokazatelně povedou k celkovému zlepšení situace podniku.

The work is focused on the assessment of the existing management system in the selected company, and on the basis of an assessment of the current state of design and implement a new management system, which covers the design and implementation of control of the production process in the selected company.
