Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá hodnocením konkurenční schopnosti podniku Konzum o.d.. V první části jsou objasněny základní pojmy týkající se konkurenční schopnosti a uvedeny metody měření této problematiky. V druhé části je představený podnik a zhodnocení konkurenční schopnosti pomocí Porterova modelu pěti sil a benchmarkingu.
Abstract:
This work deals with the evaluation of competitiveness of business Konzum. The first part explained the basic concepts related to the competitiveness and the methods measuring this issue. In the second part, the company assessment of the competitive abilities by using Porter´s five forces model and benchmarking.
