Právní úprava platebního styku v České republice

System of Payments – Legal Form in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Práce dokumentuje právní úpravu bezhotovostního platebního styku v České republice v evropském kontextu. Východiskem je stav před listopadem 2009. Následuje rozbor změn k datu 1. 11. 2009 a jejich implementace do bankovní praxe. Na závěr je posouzen budoucí vývoj v oblasti jednotného evropského platebního trhu.
Abstract:
This thesis documents the legal regulation of the noncash payment system in the Czech Republic in a European context. The starting point is the state before November 2009, followed by an analysis of the changes up to the first of November 2009 and their implementation into their banking uses. Finally, there is an assessment of the future development of the global European payment market.
