Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je popsat judikaturu Evropského soudního dvora v oblasti sociálních výhod, jakožto význámného prvku v ochraně rovného zacházení s migrujícími pracovníky. Úkolem je zejména popsat převratný vývoj rozmanitého výkladu pojmu sociální výhody. Dale je diplomová práce zaměřena na volný pohyb osob a koordinaci sociálních systému uvnitř Evropské unie.
Abstract:
The main goal of this diploma thesis is to describe the case law of the European Court of Justice related to social advantages of persons migrating within the European Union, as a element in the protection of equal treatment of migrants.
