Abstract:
Tématem této bakalářské práce je situační analýza podniku Cukrárna – Radek Máj. Primárním cílem je s pomocí vhodných metod analyzovat vnější a vnitřní prostředí s vyhodnocením výsledků včetně uvedení návrhů ke změnám stávající strategie. The theme of my bachelor’s thesis is the situational analysis of confectionary company – Radek Máj. The primary target is to analyze external and internal environment by suitable methods, assessing the results, including proposals to change the existing strategy.
