This graduation thesis deals with impact of monetary policy European Central Bank, its tools of monetary policy in the time crisis. Diplomová práca sa zaoberá výkonom menovej politiky Európskej centrálnej banky, jej nástrojmi menovej politiky v čase krízy. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na Európsku úniu a eurozónu, predovšetkým na maastrichtské kritériá, kurzový mechanizmus ERM II a Pakt stability a rastu.
